Refund policy

1. Products may not be eligible for return, refund or cancellation, in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model, size or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

2. The order may be cancelled only if the order has not been processed by us. If we have already processed the order, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request.
